Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems design across multiple platforms.
• Design, build, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between the operations console and third‑party platforms.
• Identifies and evaluates new technologies and creates plans for integration and updates to architecture.
• Reviews and evaluates designs for compliance with development guidelines and standards; provides feedback to improve quality.
• Leverages domain expertise to influence decisions with executive leadership and partners.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced staff.
• Integrate ITSM, CMDB, and Security Operations workflows for correlated events, assets, and incidents.
• Integrate infrastructure and application monitoring and AIOps signals for end-to-end health.
