Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Principal Software Engineer in Test in Westlake, TX, focused on building robust QA strategies and end-to-end validation across API and Web platforms. Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with a bachelor's or 6+ years with a master's in CS or related field.
• Robust QA strategies and end-to-end test frameworks for API and Web.
• Test automation with Playwright/Cypress, Rest Assured, JUnit/TestNG, Maven.
• DevOps/Pipelines experience (Jenkins Core, Monorepo).
• Source control proficiency with GitHub and Bitbucket tooling.
• AWS cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust QA strategies and test frameworks for API and Web.
• Develop and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and deployment automation.
• Contribute to testability and secure software design decisions.
• Improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health.
