Qualifications
- PhD in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Systems Biology, Human Biology, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or related discipline.
- Postdoctoral training preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of massively parallel reporter assays with single-cell and spatial omics across discovery programs.
- Design workflows integrating perturbation, reporter assays, molecular profiling, and spatial analysis.
- Evaluate and scale emerging technologies for therapeutic pathway discovery and mechanism of action studies.
- Partner with computational scientists to develop data standards, QC frameworks, and scalable pipelines.
