Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of massively parallel reporter assays (MPRAs) with single-cell and spatial omics integration.
- Design workflows connecting perturbation, reporter activity, and transcriptional profiling.
- Scale emerging technologies to enhance therapeutic pathway discovery and translational research.
- Collaborate with computational scientists to develop data standards and scalable analytics.
