AbbVie in San Diego is seeking a Principal Scientist in In Vivo Preclinical Development to lead IND-enabling studies for tLNP candidates. You will design and execute in vivo experiments, develop robust bioanalytical assays, and coordinate with CROs while ensuring regulatory-grade documentation.

You will publish and present findings, collaborate with R&D, CMC, Clinical, and Regulatory teams, and communicate progress to leadership.

Formación

• PhD or equivalent with senior level experience
• Experience with multi-color flow cytometry and immune phenotyping
• Proven ability to publish and present scientific data

Responsabilidades

• Designs, optimizes, and executes in vivo studies and associated bioanalytical endpoints
• Develops protein-detection assays via flow cytometry, ELISA, and related methods
• Characterizes immune parameters and receptor expression in preclinical models
• Coordinates with CROs for bioanalytical assay execution
• Maintains compliant notebooks and documentation
• Authors and reviews publications, presentations, and regulatory documents
• Collaborates cross-functionally to align strategy with goals
• Presents data in team and cross-department meetings
