Qualifications

- Expertise in one or more advanced characterization disciplines and platforms.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific programs and cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying data science, automation, or AI approaches to analytical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute scientific strategy for Analytical Platform Sciences & Characterization.
- Drive development and application of advanced analytical technologies for tLNP programs.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, aligning activities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape analytical capabilities roadmap.
