Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and benchmark novel agent architectures and tool-use patterns for autonomous planning in scientific workflows.
• Prototype agentic capabilities across therapeutic areas and iterate to identify high-value approaches.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate domain problems into concrete agent designs and integrations.
• Publish findings through peer-reviewed papers and demonstrations to advance the company's position in agentic AI.
• Establish patterns and reference implementations to move prototypes toward production.
