Qualifications

• PhD in AI/ML or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong foundation in Bayesian inference, uncertainty quantification, and causal inference.
• Proficient with PyTorch/TensorFlow and Python; able to scale solutions to production.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer multimodal AI systems that synthesize data for drug discovery insights.
• Architect memory systems for context-aware AI decision making across discovery to development.
• Define AI reliability standards in R&D and pursue publishable findings.
• Lead small research teams and mentor colleagues to advance computational drug discovery.
• Benchmark AI agents against top experts and state-of-the-art methods.
