Capital One's BC&P Operating Office seeks a Principal Risk Associate to lead regulatory and GenAI governance, driving scalable, tech-forward risk controls across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Project Management, Process Management, Compliance, or Audit.
• At least 3 years of experience working with business and risk teams to drive cross-functional operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Oversight: Working with the business to ensure proper implementation of processes/programs to be compliant with new regulatory laws like Dodd-Frank Section 1071.
• GenAI Governance: Partner with GenAI Director to ensure a well managed approach for GenAI across BC&P pre and post implementation.
• LAUNCH Initiative: Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the LAUNCH is efficient for BC&P by monitoring and managing the implementation of the change initiative, track progress, adjust as needed.
