Job summary

Oso Semiconductor Inc. seeks a Principal RFIC Design Engineer - Power Amplifier Specialist to own the design, simulation, layout and validation of high-efficiency mmWave power amplifiers.

You will work directly with the founding engineers on PA architecture, efficiency, linearity, thermal limits, reliability, and integration into multi-channel SATCOM, radar and 5G beamforming products.

We're looking for a Principal RFIC Design Engineer - Power Amplifier Specialist to join the core design team. You'll own the design, simulation, layout, and validation of high-efficiency mmWave power amplifiers and associated transmit-chain circuitry for our next-generation beamformer ICs.

This is a senior technical role with deep ownership of PA performance from transistor selection through package-level behavior. You'll work directly with the founding engineers on PA architecture, efficiency, linearity, thermal limits, reliability, and integration into multi-channel SATCOM, radar, and 5G beamforming products.
