Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and test issues.
• Experience with schematic generation such as Cadence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support test station hardware efforts coordinating with Design Engineering, Production, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality to address nonconformance and environmental screening commitments.
• Test station design, debugging, and integration/validation to meet new or modified testing requirements.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Acceptance testing procedures and environmental screening procedures; maintain hardware drawings of test equipment and fixtures.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating quality metrics to reduce cost, cycle time, and defects.
• Conduct testability reviews with design engineering to ensure testability in new designs.
• Develop and maintain test stations/fixtures for functional and environmental testing, including schematics, block diagrams, simulations, and test requirement creation.
• Interface with leadership, clients, and vendors to communicate effectively.
