Job summary

MACOM is seeking a Product Engineer II to support new product introduction, manufacturing release, and sustaining engineering for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave module products at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility.

The role requires RF proficiency, test development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to move products from lab to production, ensuring quality and yield in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in RF product engineering or test engineering.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment and measurements.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings clearly.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and SOPs.
• Strong communication across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Transition new RF/microwave modules from engineering to manufacturing.
• Develop production test plans based on product requirements.
• Perform RF and DC characterization across frequency, temp, power, and mode.
• Design, analyze, document, and debug RF test boards and fixtures.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering to deploy automated test solutions.
• Analyze characterization data to improve test accuracy and yield.
• Support manufacturing with troubleshooting guidance.
