This role will be working for our R2R brand, FIFTEEN WEST.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the recruitment industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 11 brand in the market

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets
  • You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
  • You will have recruited Recruiters or salespeople or have experience recruiting in a candidate short market
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
  • Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
  • Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
