Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant or Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Lawrence Harvey, part of LHi Group, in New York City. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to £100,000 annually, plus commission, bonus, healthcare, and equity benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, understand technical requirements, and oversee project needs.
  • Source and train recruiters, utilizing job boards, networks, and Boolean searches.
  • Screen and assess candidates through technical interviews and reference checks.
  • Lead the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and support team closures to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop business by maintaining client relationships and exploring new markets.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven success in building a self-sufficient recruitment desk in tech.
  • Experience in sales and agency recruitment.
  • In-office presence and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and industry network.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on self-development and growth.

  • Base salary of $70,000-$100,000 + lucrative commission (up to 40%).
