• Average billings of over $300k per head in 2024 in an office of 100+ staff
• 12 people achieved over $1m revenue in 2024, with the highest being $2.6m - high performance achieved across multiple teams and verticals

• As true niche specialists, we enjoy a strong reputation within the insurance industry that allows our continued success with clients and candidates - leading to major growth in 2020 and 2023, years where most of the staffing industry made large workforce reductions

About You

• 4+ years' experience in professional services recruiting or similar
• Must have new business development experience and a strong track record in establishing new contracts with clients and revenue/billing
• Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ideal experience would be within financial services or insurance recruitment, but we've been able to help recruiters from unrelated backgrounds become incredibly successful!
