Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM) in Engineering with 5 years experience or Master’s with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
• Active US Secret Clearance and ability to obtain program access.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement Mission Assurance principles to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and NG requirements.
• Coordinate and implement engineering activities ensuring IPT plans are quality, complete and detailed.
• Execute an integrated mission assurance plan aligned with contractual requirements and stakeholder goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to increase NG process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Investigate quality problems through root cause investigation and corrective action.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments across levels.
• Perform technical issue assessment and plan for resolution.
• Support program engineering processes from inception to completion.
