Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years aerospace experience handling and loading munitions on fighter or bomber aircraft.
• Master's degree with 3 years aerospace experience handling and loading munitions on fighter or bomber aircraft.
• Weapons Evaluation and Training experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program quality plans, processes, and procedures using statistical quality control, lean manufacturing, and six-sigma tools.
• Ensure performance, products, and services conform to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies; investigate problems and develop corrective actions.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, supplier and subcontractor representatives to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Program Management on performance metrics for customer satisfaction and process health.
