Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bridge and Structure Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects for both public and private sector clients in bridge and structure asset management. This role primarily focuses on North America but offers opportunities to support our global operations with expertise in bridge and structure asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing bridge and structure asset management projects, including developing business processes and managing technical meetings.
• Serve as a technical expert and representative at conferences, workshops, and industry events, providing leadership and presentations on bridge and structure asset management.
• Lead project teams, including directing and reviewing technical staff's work.
• Make independent administrative decisions for project direction and issue resolution.
• Manage projects to ensure profitability, timeliness, client satisfaction, and referenceability, including BMS software implementations, preservation management, strategic planning, and asset inventory management.
• Incorporate risk, resiliency, sustainability, safety, and equity into project delivery, aligning with our strategic vision.
• Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction across projects.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, inspectors, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support account management and client relationship efforts.
• Participate in marketing activities, including conferences, client meetings, and industry presentations.
• Develop and deliver presentations to support projects and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of project or program management experience in bridge or structure projects.
• Experience in a leadership role within public agencies or consulting, especially in asset management and engineering programs.
• At least 5 years of experience with commercial asset management systems, including decision modeling, performance analysis, and client guidance.
• Proficiency with GIS, databases, and spreadsheets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree and PE licensure preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bridge deterioration modes, management, inspection, design, or load rating is desirable.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication, and independent working skills.
