Job summary

You will align programs with corporate governance, manage scope, timelines, resources and benefits realization while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project/program management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency with Agile/Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
• Experience managing IT or business transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple initiatives from conception to closeout with clear scope and governance.
• Define objectives, KPIs, benefits, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution and escalation when needed.
• Partner with Product, Finance and stakeholders to deliver value and adoption.
