Upbound Group Inc. is seeking a Principal, Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact in Plano, Texas.

You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, governance, and success measures, guiding delivery from initiation through closeout. You will manage dependencies, risks and resources, ensuring milestones are met and value realization aligns with EPMO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project, program or product management.
• Experience leading IT or business initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, concurrent initiatives from conception through planning, execution, implementation and closeout with defined scope and plans.
• Manage dependencies, resources and milestones to ensure delivery.
• Identify risks and issues, facilitate resolution and escalation.
• Align objectives and KPIs with stakeholders across Product, Finance and business teams.
• Promote governance and standard practices to improve delivery and value realization.
