Job summary

Saicon is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery, with strong governance, executive communication, and change management. Work location is onsite in Omaha, NE with UPC as site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple enterprise projects and programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project governance activities including steering committee meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making sessions.
• Track project scope, timelines, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate resource planning, capacity management, and project prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Lead organizational change management activities, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business expectations while minimizing delivery risks.
• Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI metrics, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and PMO best practices.

This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
