Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience on $50M–$100M+ aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience negotiating multi-million dollar agreements with Aerospace/Defense customers.
• Track record leading large-scale aerospace and defense capture efforts.
• Advanced knowledge of program management standards (scheduling, cost accounting, EVMS, risk/opportunity management).
• Ability to contribute to development strategy and lead strategic initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned program portfolios.
• Establish and control program budgets aligned with program needs.
• Ensure projects are managed within approved PM processes.
• Recommend personnel moves to support business objectives.
• Drive EVMS principles and report program status.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop competitive proposals.
• Collaborate across functions to leverage execution and capture strategies.
• Grow relationships with customers and industry primes to support programs.
