Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst in Woodland Hills, CA to support Space & Strategic OU. Grow with a team handling budgets, schedules, and cost analyses for complex contracts. Onsite role with a 9/80 schedule and opportunities to influence program performance across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• 9 years of applied experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).

Responsibilities

• Support Space & Strategic OU on SSIRUs and LR-450 products as PCA.
• Collaborate with program managers and CAMs to provide financial analysis.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and expenditure projections.
• Monitor costs/schedules and develop WBS, budgets, and EACs.
• Support audits, annual planning, and internal reporting.
