Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Principal or Senior Principal Production Operations professional in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive execution of a naval production program, and ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet schedule and cost targets.

Responsibilities include EVMS/cost accounting, risk management, and coordination with program management. A technical manufacturing background and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in relevant work, or 3+ with Master’s.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams in professional services.
• Ensure manufacturing scope meets schedule and budget.
• Provide guidance to project teams and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage risk and opportunities for the manufacturing scope.
