You will influence manufacturing strategy, oversee cross-functional activities, and liaise between the shop floor and program management to ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role requires CAM/EVMS credentials, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across engineering, suppliers, and leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years experience.
• CAM certification and EVMS process knowledge required.
• Expertise in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience interfacing with multiple levels of employees and leadership.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary manufacturing liaison to program management for developing and executing the manufacturing strategy.
• Lead program reviews with internal and external customers to discuss technical, cost, and schedule performance.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, test, global supply chain, and mission assurance activities.
• Develop action plans to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder objectives.
• Coordinate proposals preparation and master production schedules.
