Lumen seeks a Principal Product Manager for the Outbound Product team to drive cross-functional programs that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. You will lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance with a focus on accountability and delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders to define ownership, governance, and success metrics, manage risk, and ensure alignment with company roadmaps while delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or product leadership.
• Experience leading large, cross-team programs across multiple workstreams and organizations.
• Ability to define program structure, ownership, governance, and success metrics.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of enterprise networking and related tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs tied to product, customer, and business priorities.
• Turn objectives into defined programs with milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Establish governance and operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and partner teams.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with clear visibility to leadership.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, customer adoption, migrations, partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product leaders to align roadmaps with business work.
• Use data to measure progress and build repeatable approaches across programs.
