As a Principal Product Manager on Lumen's Outbound Product team, you will lead complex programs turning product and business priorities into execution with ownership, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of program/product management or related leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs across teams.
• Ability to define program structure, ownership, governance, and success measures.
• Strong analytical and business skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of enterprise networking and routing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs tied to product, customer, and business priorities.
• Translate objectives into defined programs with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Establish structure, governance, and operating rhythm across product, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and partners.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; drive resolution with clear leadership visibility.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, customer adoption, migrations, partnerships.
• Partner with product leaders to align roadmaps with work across the business.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, and drive repeatable program execution.
