Amazon Advertising LLC in New York is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical to define and execute the roadmap for Amazon Retail Ad Service. You will own the end-to-end retailer experience, from onboarding through performance insights, and drive the product vision for retailers of all sizes, applying GenAI to scale and coordinating with engineering, design, science, and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years end-to-end product delivery experience.
7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience leading engineering discussions on technology decisions.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for retailer experience.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity to launch and iteration.
Design experimentation frameworks and define success metrics across adoption/onboarding and revenue growth.
Identify GenAI-powered capabilities to accelerate onboarding and optimization.
