Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience owning roadmap strategy.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Background in AI, machine learning, or optimization systems.
• Ability to translate across engineering, data science, and design.
• Experience leading engineering discussions on technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year strategy for brand recommendations.
• Own product definition for closed-loop systems that score and serve recommendations.
• Establish quality and performance frameworks for recommendation outcomes.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment and consensus among teams.
• Communicate strategic narratives to senior leadership and planning cycles.
