Job summary

Amazon Ads in New York is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical to own the end-to-end roadmap for the retailer experience within Amazon Retail Ad Service. You will drive product vision for retailers of all sizes, coordinate with engineers, design, science, and go-to-market teams, and apply GenAI to scale onboarding and optimization.

You will work on multi-year strategies, define success metrics, and communicate with executives to align priorities and secure investments while delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience with advertising technologies (ad server, DSP).

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the retailer experience, defining clear tenets and making trade-off decisions that balance retailer value with business outcomes.
• Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives from opportunity identification and requirements definition through launch and iteration, partnering with engineering, design, science, and go-to-market teams.
• Design experimentation frameworks and define success metrics that distinguish adoption/onboarding velocity from revenue growth.
• Identify and evaluate GenAI-powered capabilities that accelerate retailer onboarding and optimization.
• Drive strategic alignment through written narratives and executive-level communications, influencing priorities across multiple organizations to secure investment.
