Job summary

Pragmatike, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy across major initiatives and help build a high-performing product organization in a remote setup.

You will define strategy across product areas, lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, GTM), mentor PMs, establish processes, and communicate a multi-year vision with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
• Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication.
• Strong technical fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy across multiple product areas.
