Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Product Manager to own the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, directing cross-functional teams to meet milestones. You will drive accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales.

The role focuses on delivering scalable commitments in a fast-paced, supply-constrained environment while coordinating with customers and internal teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of assigned customer programs and align timelines with customer expectations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning to ensure readiness for volume ramps.
• Track ship dates, lead times, and build status for engineering samples and NPI.
• Provide transparent status updates on schedule, quality, supply, and risks; escalate issues with data-driven recommendations.
