Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior leader to head the Module Product Engineering function for advanced power modules. You will oversee NPI to high-volume production, manage engineering leaders, and drive staffing, governance, and performance management across multiple teams.

The role requires deep semiconductor power product expertise, cross-functional influence, and a track record in delivering complex module platforms with strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor product engineering or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing engineers or technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong data analysis, governance, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Module Product Engineering function from NPI through high-volume production and sustaining.
• Manage and develop qualified Product Engineers and Embedded PE Leads to delivery teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the module PE team.
• Define and maintain module PE standards for readiness, manufacturability, qualification, and sustaining ownership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, and Product Management.
• Ensure manufacturability across OSAT and internal sites, including IPC-A-610 expectations.
