What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy, focusing on both paid and organic traffic sources
  2. Lead the SEO and organic traffic roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing content discoverability
  3. Optimize conversion rates by identifying and prioritizing high-impact traffic sources
  4. Build and enhance products that improve customer experiences and marketing platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Proven 5+ years of experience in growth functions specifically in customer acquisition with a strong understanding of paid and organic traffic strategies
  2. 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
  3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  5. Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
