Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own customer identity management across Leo. You will define authentication and profile lifecycle, guide integration with AWS identity solutions, and balance security, compliance, and customer experience across web, app, API, and service channels.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, legal, privacy, and security teams, driving roadmap prioritization and mentoring junior PMs in a fast-moving, high-impact initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements for customer identity across B2C, SMB, and Enterprise segments.
• Set the long-term identity strategy, including integration with Amazon and AWS identity solutions.
• Own decisions on capturing, editing, storing, and governing customer profile information (name, email, phone, address, KYC).
• Define the end-to-end customer profile lifecycle and rules governing transitions.
• Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders and balance roadmap priorities.
• Communicate to executive leadership and manage risk and escalations.
