Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technology Program Manager for Identity Security and Abuse Prevention in Seattle. You will lead multi-team programs spanning authentication, authorization, and account management to secure hundreds of thousands of workforce users and millions of customer interactions.

You will partner with Security, Customer Service, engineering, and UX to deliver scalable authentication solutions while driving roadmaps, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with significant impact.
• Deliver and maintain the overall strategy, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver results.
• Design next-generation authentication systems for customer service and operations.
• Gain consensus across security and business teams, enabling secure business outcomes.
