Job summary

Amazon EC2 is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to shape the future of cloud computing within the EC2 Deals Desk and AWS Private Pricing team. You will define products, roadmaps, and pricing strategies for global customers, including AI-enabled pricing and capex-to-opex transitions.

You’ll partner with engineers, sales, and partners across geographies to craft pricing tools, models, and capabilities that scale for worldwide customers, with Seattle as a key hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Define high-quality roadmaps based on team strategy and vision.
• Develop business narratives and user stories to guide pricing strategies and features.
• Define business cases, pricing analysis, and financial (P&L) models.
• Work with product and service leaders, sales, solution architects, business development and engineering to solve product and pricing issues.
• Become the subject matter expert on services and use cases; recommend features, functionality, and tools for AWS adoption.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance and operational support.
• Develop high quality reporting for executive leadership.
