Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5 years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
Experience delivering features and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of new feature development from concept to launch and beyond.
Design AI-powered features that deliver measurable business impact.
Prioritize features to scale deal execution through automation and AI-driven solutions.
Lead technical development and contribute hands-on where needed, especially in GenAI areas.
Collaborate with data engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to define success metrics and measure impact.
