Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, building and launching B2B SaaS products.
• Track record of taking a product or business into a new market, from strategy through launch and growth.
• Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging decisions and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Procore's civil and infrastructure market, including target segments, problems to solve first, and investment sequencing.
• Bring new civil and infrastructure capabilities to market, coordinating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Enablement on positioning, launch plans, and sales readiness.
• Assess whether dedicated pricing and packaging is needed and, if warranted, lead its design and rollout with pricing, finance, and revenue leaders.
• Build a cohesive, cross-platform roadmap across multiple Procore product teams into a single market plan.
• Engage with civil and infrastructure contractors and industry experts to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Analyze market data to size opportunities and identify new areas for development.
• Make the business case for investments and influence roadmaps of teams without direct authority.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership.
