Job summary

Procore is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Civil & Infrastructure to lead expansion into a new growth market. You will own end-to-end strategy, pricing and packaging decisions, and cross-platform roadmaps across multiple product teams.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and enablement to position and launch capabilities, then study the market to drive 1–2 year growth. The role reports to the Director of Product, General Contractors, and is based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience with pricing and packaging decisions and GTM plans.
• Strong ability to size markets, build business cases, and influence leaders.
• Proven track record taking products into new markets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Procore's civil and infrastructure market across segments and problems to solve first.
• Bring new capabilities to market, coordinating positioning, launches, and sales readiness.
• Assess need for dedicated pricing/packaging and lead the design and rollout if warranted.
• Build a cohesive, cross-platform roadmap across multiple product teams.
• Engage with contractors, owners, and industry experts to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Analyze market data to size opportunities and identify new areas for product development.
• Make the business case for investments and influence roadmaps beyond direct teams.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and results to executives.
