Job summary

BMA Group Global is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to own strategic technology domains, drive roadmaps, and establish governance across AI-related and emerging tech initiatives.

The role focuses on defining enterprise technology strategy, aligning investments with business priorities, and driving cross-functional execution across AI, networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, or Product Strategy.
• Experience managing portfolios in networking, security, infrastructure software, cloud platforms, AI, or adjacent tech.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle management for AI, PQC, networking, and security initiatives.
• Drive AI strategy and governance, establishing portfolio visibility, ROI metrics, and exec reporting.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product Management, Engineering, Security, Finance, and GTM teams.
• Develop business cases, requirements, market positioning, and lifecycle strategies for capabilities.
