Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a fundamental transformation of Sales Territory Management. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a data-driven, automated, Agentic-AI-first planning product that connects Salesforce and Clari.

You will collaborate with executives across Sales, FP&A, Data, and Engineering to redefine territory design, forecasting, and capacity planning, driving faster, more informed decisions and improved planning velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in Sales Territory Management, Sales Planning, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong understanding of territory design, account assignment, capacity and coverage planning, quota setting, forecasting, and sales performance management.
• Proficient in Salesforce, including CRM data models, automation, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Clari and modern revenue forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation sales territory management.
• Reimagine the end-to-end territory planning process to enable automation and intelligence.
• Unify territory planning with forecasting, FP&A, pipeline, revenue targets, and insights.
• Design and implement an Agentic-AI-first operating model with data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Architecture, Data, and Engineering to build scalable data models and integrations with Salesforce and Clari.
• Define requirements for a cohesive planning ecosystem across Salesforce and Clari.
• Introduce best practices in sales operations, territory management, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
• Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and workshops to capture insights.
• Define MVP scope, iterate on delivery, and measure results for planning efficiency.
• Establish success metrics around territory effectiveness, capacity accuracy, and forecast quality.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
• Champion a data-first, outcome-driven approach to product management.
