UKG is seeking a Principal Product Manager to transform how Sales Territory Management is planned and executed. You will own vision, strategy, and the roadmap for a data-driven, automated, Agentic-AI-first capability, partnering with executives to scale a next-gen planning product.

Lead discovery, define MVP, and measure impact on planning efficiency, territory effectiveness, and revenue velocity across orgs. This is a high-impact role in UKG's Revenue Operations team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Deep knowledge of territory design, quota setting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in sales territory management, planning, or revenue operations.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM data models, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with Clari and modern revenue forecasting tools.
• Strong FP&A understanding and linking targets to capacity and territory plans.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales territory management.
• Reimagine end-to-end territory planning with automation and intelligence.
• Unify planning with forecasting, FP&A, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Design an Agentic-AI-first operating model with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate to build scalable data models, APIs, integrations with Salesforce and Clari.
• Define MVP scope and measure results to improve planning efficiency.
• Establish success metrics and communicate outcomes to executives.
