Job summary

NCino, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to shape consumer and small business loan origination within Global Banking Solutions. You’ll own a feature portfolio, engage with customers, and translate VOC, market data, and usage analytics into actionable epics.

The role involves shadowing customer engagements, leveraging AI/ML to surface patterns, and building deep product knowledge to articulate how features perform in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
• Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and banking domain knowledge relevant to loan origination.

Responsibilities

• Validate by researching VOC, market data, and usage analytics for product decisions.
• Plan initiatives and epics for handoff to Sr. PMs with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to write stories and ensure proper transfer of knowledge.
• Track adoption post-release using analytics, feedback, and customer sentiment.
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance product decision-making and surface unmet needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI/ML features while monitoring new tech trends.
