Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager - Analytics & AI to drive forecasting data products and AI strategy across the organization. You will partner with leadership to define roadmaps and manage cross-functional execution, mentoring agile squads and aligning with enterprise objectives.

You will work with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Analysts to evangelize the forecasting vision, ensure data quality, and maximize ROI while maintaining compliance with data governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years in product management, data management, AI, or software development.
Strong fluency with big data tech and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of semantic layer concepts and FAIR data principles.
Experience with data observability and governance tools (Informatica DQ, Collibra, Monte Carlo).
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate forecasting data product vision aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle for forecasting and AI data products; manage product backlog.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Analysts; drive adoption and governance.
