Job summary

Genentech's Innovation Accelerator seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead digital, AI-driven data solutions across Roche’s PDD ecosystem. You will own roadmap, balance user needs with scientific goals, and partner with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver impactful products from concept to release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in product management across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Specialized depth in product development with cross-functional collaboration in life sciences or tech domains.
• 4+ years in two domains: healthcare, SaaS products for analysis/decision-making, scientific/quantitative users, or agentic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle from concept through development and launch with innovative data solutions.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Own product roadmap and backlog; coordinate sprint execution and cross-functional delivery.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science to ensure alignment with needs.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; contribute to risk mitigation and planning.
• Communicate status, value, and risks to stakeholders and governance inputs.
