Job summary

Kinetic plc is hiring a Product Manager to lead Agentic AI efforts within a remote-friendly, US-based team. You will own agent orchestration, define agent problem spaces, and partner with experience PMs to ensure every agent ties to a real business metric.

This role emphasizes technical judgment over pure business focus, with responsibilities spanning prompts, tool specs, evaluation datasets, and governance. You’ll work across multiple insurance-related domains and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management, with production delivery of AI/agentic products.
• Hands-on prompt engineering experience: system prompts, tool definitions, multi-step chains, structured outputs.
• Experience building or evaluating LLMS and agent-based systems (golden datasets, regression tests).
• Knowledge of agent frameworks and platforms (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, AWS Bedrock).
• Ability to translate messy business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments; strong communication with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent platform orchestration, tooling, observability, and guardrails.
• Co-own agent solutions with experience PMs; define when an agent is the right tool versus simpler automation.
• Write and test prompts, define tools, and establish evaluation metrics side-by-side with engineers.
• Tie every agent to a business metric before it scales; manage rollout from shadow to full production.
• Produce architecture maps, evaluation histories, audit trails, and before/after metrics as artifacts.
• Collaborate with PMs across Broker, Policyholder, Underwriter, Claims, Data, and Business Systems teams.
