Job summary

Legion Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI to drive the product work from proof of concept through enterprise deployment, collaborating closely with AI Lab engineers and the CEO. You will shape agent definitions, problem selection, human-in-the-loop contracts, and rigorous delivery quality across large enterprise engagements.

The role requires 7+ years in PM (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal), hands-on coding familiarity, and deep experience with enterprise B2B

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal) with at least 2 years shipping LLM-backed features to external, paying users
• Strong enterprise B2B SaaS experience with multi-tenant architecture, RBAC, audit trails, SSO, data residency and security review
• Ability to take an ambiguous, operational domain problem through to a shipped product with demonstrated adoption

Responsibilities

• Agent definition: determine agent responsibilities, tools, escape conditions, and manager view; affects pay and compliance
• Problem selection: identify workflows suited for an agent and assess measurable value
• Human-in-the-loop contract: define autonomy, escalation, overrides, logging, and audits
• Build quality: stay engaged through implementation; ensure shipped product meets the specification
• Evaluation: build and maintain evaluation sets to test readiness and production performance
• Specifications: write FRDs and maintain accurate specs post-release
• Commercialization: partner on packaging, metering, pricing inputs, and field readiness
• Design-partner delivery: lead enterprise deployments with design partners and establish success criteria
