Job summary

Slate is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Fleet & B2B to own the product vision and strategy for business customers. You’ll lead the Fleet and B2B experience, defining priorities across multiple product areas and driving alignment with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Operations.

You will set long-term direction, engage with customers and partners, and tackle ambiguity to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes. This role reports to senior leadership and emphasizes strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related technical product role at senior level.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy across complex products or platforms.
• Experience building and launching B2B, enterprise, fleet, or marketplace products.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleet and B2B experience.
• Identify opportunities, define product requirements, and create scalable experiences.
• Lead development from discovery through launch, adoption, and improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to balance product and technical trade-offs.
