Slate is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Fleet & B2B to own the long-term product vision and strategy for business customers. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing to deliver cohesive, scalable experiences and drive adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or equivalent senior role.
• Proven ability to define vision and strategy across complex products.
• Experience launching B2B, enterprise, fleet, or marketplace products.
• Strong customer orientation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleet & B2B experiences.
• Define requirements and translate insights into scalable experiences.
• Lead development from discovery to launch, adoption and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Commercial teams to align priorities.
